Placeholder terms of service
This is a placeholder. The production terms of service will be generated from a third-party legal-document service and pasted here before public launch.
What the real terms will cover
- The service. Recycled is a marketplace for buying abandoned codebases. Users submit; the operator reviews, valuates, may offer to acquire.
- Account requirements. Verified email; truthful provenance + licensing representations.
- Submissions. Users grant Recycled the right to evaluate submitted code for the purpose of generating an offer. Ownership transfers only on signed written offer + transfer agreement.
- Acceptable use. No malware, no third-party-owned code, no deception.
- Disclaimers. Service "as is"; valuations non-binding until a transfer agreement is signed.
- Limitation of liability. Standard cap to fees paid (zero for submitters).
- Governing law. Set in the real terms per the operator's jurisdiction.
